For commissioned orders delivery is normally available within 10 to 12 weeks of placement of order and when we have recieved the 50% deposit.

A deposit of 50 % is required at time of order to secure the sale. Full payment needs to be cleared into our account prior to delivery.

All deposits are non refundable from the date the project has commenced.

Deposits will only be refunded if we are unable to source the required piece or if Jimmie Martin is unable to complete the order. Delivery and packing charges are additional to the prices when received from us.

Furniture can only be returned if faulty.

Furniture should be checked upon delivery to ensure satisfaction as we do not accept returns based on change of circumstances at later date.

Should the furniture not be to the specifications agreed there is a maximum period of 5 working days from when delivery has been made in order to notify Jimmie Martin Ltd of any concerns.
